About this course

This study unit is part of the UNESCO ICT Competency Framework for Teachers (CFT) generic course and builds on the theme of developing basic ICT skills, in particular, how to use email.


Who is this course for?  Young people, new to using e-mail for work

What will you learn? e-Mail basics including how to set up your own account for use at work

Topics overview: How e-mail works, anatomy of an e-mail program, different e-mail options

How much time you need to invest: This course should take approximately 30 minutes to complete

Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites for this entry level course

Course certificate: A course certificate will be generated on the successful completion of the final quiz
