About this course

In this self-study course, you’ll learn how to become a Digital Enquirer: someone who knows how to identify misinformation, find, collect and analyze reliable information online and share it all in a secure way.


Who is this course for? Users of digital technologies who wish to make the global information and communication space a safer place. Whether you’re a civil society activist, human rights defender, (citizen) journalist, or anyone else trying to sort through the information you see online, this is the right tool for you.

What will you learn?

>  Verify online information and credibility basics
>  Securely work with and protect information
>  Know how to keep yourself and others safe

How much time do you need to invest? Each module contains several lessons of 15 minutes each. This means, one module will take you about 90 minutes to complete. 

What certification will you receive? Certificate of attendance per module upon completion.
